I spent last week in Michigan with my folks. Had a great visit and rest.
Christy picked me up at the airport on Saturday morning and we went to San Diego for two nights.
For my birthday the family got us tickets to go see the Padres and Diamondbacks on Sunday. Petco Park is now my favorite stadium to see a baseball game.
They got us some great seats.
We left with the Padres trailing 6-1 after 7 innings. There were other things we wanted to see that day. Hours later we turned the radio on to find the game in the 17th inning. The Dbacks won it in 18.
Josh and I went golfing Monday morning before we headed back to Ojai.
On the way home Monday we came across a place called "Big League Dreams" in Chino Hills. It is way beyond cool--a softball complex where each field is a mini replica of old-time Major League Stadiums.
